باستخدامك تطبيق جسر (Gsr) فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إذا كنت لا توافق عليها فلا تستخدم التطبيق.
جسر تطبيق ينقل الملفات مباشرة بين أجهزتك عبر اتصال شبكة محلي (Wi-Fi)، دون المرور بأي خادم وسيط، ويعمل بدون اتصال بالإنترنت.
نمنحك رخصة شخصية غير حصرية وغير قابلة للتحويل لاستخدام التطبيق على أجهزتك وفق هذه الشروط. لا يجوز إعادة بيع التطبيق أو تعديله أو إعادة توزيعه أو محاولة استخراج شفرته المصدرية.
التطبيق أداة نقل وليس خدمة تخزين أو نسخ احتياطي. ننصحك بالاحتفاظ بنسخ من ملفاتك المهمة، خصوصاً عند تفعيل خاصية الحذف التلقائي للملفات المستلمة.
يُقدَّم التطبيق "كما هو" دون أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية، بما في ذلك ضمانات الملاءمة لغرض معيّن أو خلو التشغيل من الانقطاع أو الأخطاء.
إلى الحد الذي يسمح به النظام، لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة تنشأ عن استخدام التطبيق أو تعذّر استخدامه، بما في ذلك فقدان البيانات أو الملفات.
استخدامك للتطبيق يخضع أيضاً لسياسة الخصوصية.
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، وتُنشر النسخة المحدثة في هذه الصفحة، ويُعد استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث موافقة عليها.
يجوز لنا إيقاف أو تعديل التطبيق أو أي جزء منه في أي وقت. ويمكنك التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق وحذفه في أي وقت.

By using the Gsr app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Gsr transfers files directly between your devices over a local Wi-Fi connection, without passing through any intermediary server, and works without an internet connection.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your devices in accordance with these terms. You may not resell, modify, redistribute, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
Gsr is a transfer tool, not a storage or backup service. Keep copies of your important files, especially if you enable auto-deletion of received files.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted, error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app, including loss of data or files.
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the changes.
We may discontinue or modify the app or any part of it at any time. You may stop using and delete the app at any time.
